Through this blog my goal is to share my experiences, thoughts and passions of what I truly believe to be a resource to healing the world. In return, I'm encouraging friends, family, bloggers and others to share with the world your message, insight and journey.
What I've come to realize is that there is a need for a paradigm shift in Wellness within ourselves and ultimately having an influence in our communities and society as a whole.
This has always been a strong message on my heart but never had the courage to take a stand and move forward in this quest. This will be a life journey for me and one that I am so excited to embark upon.
